Essential Functions:
  • Set up and prepare daily cook-to-order breakfast for Villa Bed & Breakfast guests.
  • Provide exemplary guest service experience for Villa guests.
  • Ensure that food quality, freshness, and flavor is top priority.
 
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
 
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
  • Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
  • Efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Exceed all standards in regards to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
  • Must maintain grooming standards in accordance with health code standards.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
 
Minimum Education (or substitute experience):
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
 
Minimum Experience:
  • At least 1 year kitchen experience in a high volume or multi outlet facility preferred.
  
Other:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
  • Must have valid CA Food Handler Card or ServSafe (or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire).
  • All candidates will be subject to passing a pre-employment drug screen.
